Missoula Community Resources: Mental Health

Need help with non-school related issues? This guide can help you find resources for childcare, food assistance, housing, and more.

Before calling help lines

Many helpline staffers are required to call the police if you disclose that you have a plan and an intention to harm yourself or others. Please take this in mind before calling a helpline if you would not choose to call the police yourself in your situation.
