We have a variety of equipment to check out, including chargers, connecting cables, flash drives, scanners, cameras, hotspots, and more! These smaller tech items can be checked out at the circulation desk any time.
We also have more advanced equipment including video and DSLR cameras, microphones, projectors, presentation and meeting technology, and more from Presentation Technology Services available via online reservation!
Our multimedia workstations and scanning stations in the lobby (closest to the front desk) have specialized hardware and software to scan all kinds of materials (books, documents, photos, slides, tapes) and to work on a variety of media projects, including the full Adobe Creative Suite.
The two editing stations in Room 112 on Level 1 are available to reserve. These computers have dual large monitors, increased GPU performance, height adjustable desk. These computers have Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud and other software.
Users are asked to remain quiet as this space is next door to the Lightboard Studio. Collaborative editing should be done on Level 3.
Get the help you need at the UM IT Service Desk, now in the library lobby! During their open hours, you can walk in to get help with any of your technological issues.
