Montana Talking Book Library
The Montana Talking Book Library is a regional library of the National Library Service for the blind and physically handicapped. They provide services for eligible Montana residents who are unable to use standard print materials due to visual, physical and/or reading disabilities. EPUB is quickly becoming the industry standard for digital publication. EPUB 3 provides a high degree of accessibility and optimizations, making it equally accessible to almost everyone. Its fully responsive design allows use on any size screen. Users can change the font color and size, background color, listen to the text with read out loud mode and even take notes, create bookmarks and highlight passages in the text. Available features vary depending on the individual book and the reader being used.
